    Potentially putting a deposit on a new build in Mullen Park, wondering if anyone has done so for the most recent phase? if any buyers from previous phases have had any issues?

    I have paid a deposit for Mullen Park last phase. There is a lot of drama going on. I don't know if I can buy the house. I heard there was a issue with Irish water connection and one or the other. How is it going if you have booked one?

    The price was 470k for 3 bed. Is the price has anything to do with the delay?
