Filling in some FCA2 to ammend details to change address, it appears for ammendments you only need to fill in the section you are changing, Im not changing my name,(presumably you still need to fill in name details even though its not whats being changed), if for anything for the convenience of the person processing the paperwork. I also assume the PULSE application no. & Person PULSE ID boxes at the top of the form above the ammendments to firearms certificate are for official use??? They are beside the Firearm Certificate no. Which I do have access to on my licences being amended.
