I had what I would consider a minor error occur, package to be sent back to Sky put down for little island (almost an hour from my house) at a house I never lived in. Made 3 phone calls to an post and changed the address on the online forum and it still was not changed to where I live. Luckily for me my local post office…

I had what I would consider a minor error occur, package to be sent back to Sky put down for little island (almost an hour from my house) at a house I never lived in. Made 3 phone calls to an post and changed the address on the online forum and it still was not changed to where I live. Luckily for me my local post office sorted in it 2 days. An post had the cheek to email me back today,
2 months later to ask if the issue was resolved. As if that is good enough?
