Siemens Panel Availability

I’ve been trying to get my hands on a Siemens SPC4320 kit for the last year but shop is telling me there is a big back log and keeps putting me off. Well known shop in Dublin. Just wondering if this is the case or have they switched their policy to trade only.

Just REW. Bought a system off them in the past and found them very good.
