The reason I ask is that if you want to reflect proposed fabric improvements for house after the initial BER is done, how can you upgrade the flat ceiling part of the room in the BER software
Looking at the steps
1: Frr grand
2: Crr-Frr grand
3: I presume the average height goes in as storey 2

4 b ??
