reface thermofoil kitchen doors

Hi all, Our kitchen was bought ( relatively cheap ) 7 years ago. Sadly the thermofoil is simply falling off the doors now. Is it possible to have them a) re-thermo foiled, or b) given that the style is I presume cut into the mdf doors, can they have the thermofoil removed and the doors be sprayed ? Thanks Rob
