shrugg app - reminder to drink, fix posture, take a break.

    Hi,

    I had Shrugg app on my windows PC, it worked by pinging me every 10-15 min to fix my posture, 30 min to drink water, and 45 min to stand/take a quick break. Looks like the app is now broken, and the website associated is dead. I miss it.

    Can anyone recommend another one? I saw something called zen that looks similar, but its a monthly sub. I'd like a free option, it is just a timer after all.
