New build heating system

    Hello

We are looking at selling our current house and buying a new build semi detached house. We are looking at two new build estates at moment. Our preferred one as the heat pump and using radiators. It does not have under floor heating or solar panels.

The other house had the heat pump with under floor heating and no solar panels. It’s more expensive then.

I am trying to review what is a better system - the rads or under floor heating. It appears that under floor heating may be the better option.

I would love to hear from anybody in an A rated house how they are getting on with the heat pump and which system they have.

On a purely personal basis, I would go for the house with radiators because in a truly A rated house, which the new build should be, I find the warm floor with uf heating uncomfortable for my feet.
