Car space in front garden

    Hi there,

I have a narrow off-street car space to the front/side of my house, and I'm thinking of taking over the entire small front garden for car parking.

This would require me to move the car entry and have the pavement dished, while closing off the old entrance.

My question is, does anything I've described here require planning permission?

    Thanks
