100% Disk

My system is running ridiculously slow for the last few days and I can't figure why, nor do I know where to begin looking.

I'm running the ESET online scanner and its nearly complete but has found nothing so far.

Task manager and system info screenshots.

I'd really appreciate any help.

Stick in a Samsung SSD drive as the Primary drive . You can buy the Samsung SSD drive for €80.

I did this with my Lenovo recently and never looked back.

Your system will run 20 times faster. No latency.

There is even free software online to remount the SSD drive as your primary drive and copy the contents over.

When the ESET online scanner finished, it rebooted the PC and the issue appears to be fixed, don't know what the problem was but the '100% disk' resource is gone back to normal.

No its the one with the SATA connector.

Any machine on a physical drive is almost unusable on newer Win10 builds. That PC might even have a 5400rpm physical drive which is a huge bottleneck - can't remember what the 400G1 SFFs I had in work used.
