Motorola G62 5G Not showing incoming call numbers

For some reason in December, my Motorola G62 5G phone stopped displaying incoming numbers. Its getting to the point now where it is a total pain. I can't save new numbers because they are all coming up as unknown. And even numbers in my contacts are coming up as unknown, but then if I don't answer the phone I get a message…

For some reason in December, my Motorola G62 5G phone stopped displaying incoming numbers.
Its getting to the point now where it is a total pain. I can't save new numbers because they are all coming up as unknown. And even numbers in my contacts are coming up as unknown, but then if I don't answer the phone I get a message to say that e.g. I missed a call from Mary.
I have gone through all the settings, I have googled, I have done everything I can and I can't get it working. Any advice would be very much appreciated, please. Thank you.
