How much for an Audi A4 1.4 tfsi timing belt replacement?

Hi, Initially quoted 649 by main dealer for timing belt and water pump replacement on a Audi A4 1.4 tfsi. They are now saying 950 as it's a petrol, the 649 is the diesel price . 950 seems a little excessive , can anyone confirm if that price is in the right range or not ?

Hi,
