Have water coming through and heating but not very powerful and a lot of noise from the motor it seems to be coming from.

Ah, the disabled shower. I can't offer much help there. I'd suggest contacting Triton 01 628 6845 but just to let you know that there are no cheap repairs on this model. Once they fail outside the warranty period most people replace them with the Triton T90SR. You can buy a new Triton T90SR for less than most repairs on your shower. Most people only get this model in the first place because it's a condition of getting a grant for a disabled bathroom.

Are you getting any low flow warning or anything like that?

I know on the Mira they have a filter internally on the water inlet side. This can clog up, causing a low flow warning light to glow and the motor to emit a high pitched whine.

If you have the know how, it is two screws to remove the cover and a spanned to remove the filter to clean it.

Just to clarify, there is only one moving part in the shower. The pump/motor. Nothing else can make a noise. Rule of thumb is:motor gets quieter then most likely warn brushes & motor gets noiser then bearing are wearing. Assuming you have already ruled out an airlock then the motor is knackered. You can expect to pay around €200 to have the motor replaced

I was going to say brushes 😁

Do you knock off the water valve on the older model showers for cleaning the internal filter , I've done it both ways ?

I'd almost never turn off the water for a tank fed shower. It's a brave man who does a mains fed shower live though. 😏
