you've three posts, you've not explained what the work involves, and you've provided no bona fides.
your time and experience is not worth a lot if you think such a vague call for free work will attract anything but desperate people.

To add to that, assistants are usually photographers. I assist a photographer on occasion and he assists me on big shoots.
