Hi, I’ve moved into a new house that was sold through probate and the sellers do not know the alarm code. I need to obtain the engineers code or find out how to reset to factory settings and reconfigure. It’s a PW Simon XT model number 60-916-CP-03-IE. Any help is appreciated. Thanks Stephen
