UFH mixer valve connection

While testing some zones on my UFH, I noticed what appears to be an incorrect connection on the mixer valve.

The UFH works but wondering if this causes an issue when adjusting the temperature in the mixer valve?

Only saw this now, interesting, what is written on the temperature adjustment control at the bottom, under Reliance?, looks like thermomix or the like?.
