probably the wrong subforum, but here goes

so a mom from a classfriend of our daughter approached us to mind their 2 children (8 and 6) for 3 days per week for a couple hours

what is the usual hourly fee? it would include picking up from school and minding them for 2-3 hours (one of their child is in our daughters class, the other child is in our sons class), and doing homework while they are with us...

does anyone have experience with this? it might also include providing lunch/snack, but that remains to be seen, my wife will talk to the mom later today.

I'm looking for this info too. After-school pick up and afternoon minding for 2 children. I don't know whether to start a new threat or just tag along on this one.

I am in Dublin pre - covid I paid €8 an hour for two children (5, 11 years old) to be minded from school pick up until I collected on way home from work at 6 ish. I provided them with a snack, she had her own children there.
