Upgrade Advice i8700k/2080ti/16gb DDR4

    1. What is your budget? 1200

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? I play games between 1440/4k res, mostly Tarkov (cpu heavy unoptimised)

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? no.

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? Have everything else, SSD + CASE + 850w PSU + SCREEN + M/KB

    5. Do you need a monitor? No

    Im planning on upgrading my CPU and doing the GPU a little later in the year when the pricing calms down.

    Would this lot be a good upgrade?

    Im on the fence between am4\am5, but will probably want 4-5 years out of this upgrade.

    Also is 2x 16gb or 4x 8gb Memory modules more beneficial? Doubt ill ever need upgrade to 64gb's.

    Would you do something different? Ta!
