PSU: Which One and Where To Get It

Almost at the end of collecting parts for a new build and am struggling with the PSU . I would have just gone with the RM850x from Corsair but they are out of stock most places ie: Amazon, Paradigit ...

Originally I was going to get a MSI A850G PCIE 5 because I want this build to last for a few years and was going to go cheap for the GPU for now with a plan to move to 40 series in a year or so . But the difficulty in sourcing an ATXv3.0 PSU was getting the better of me until I spotted one on CaseKing this morning .

So how are CaseKing these days , haven't used them in years .

The build is Z790/i513600k/32GB DDR5/iCue H100i/2 M.2/2x ssd . Plus whatever graphics card . Most PSU calculators were suggesting 750w and above .

€152 (+delivery) for the Corsair on Amazon.de from Amazon (i.e. not the third party sellers) if you wanted https://www.amazon.de/dp/B08ZYSV2ZK

    https://www.amazon.de/dp/B01N2M8T1V is the Bitfenix Whisper M 850W for €125+

You would probably be fine with 750W like say the Enermax Revolution D.F. for €106+ https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07P6QTLXW but depending on what gpu ends up in there and if you go overclocking it could end up tight (but you could even end up tight at 850W if you put in a 4090, overclock the snot out of everything and run a power virus).

I personally wouldn't bother with ATXv3.0 right now as I'd be shocked if there isn't a v3.1 and wouldn't faint if that left you using adapters anyway as there are so few out there I don't think they will be too scared about making a breaking change.

I've no idea about Caseking now, are they even willing to deliver here?

Why a fully modular PSU? Are you planning on running the PSU without the main ATX power cable? Semi modular is cheaper:
