Selling car to Zucar or any other alternatives?

    Has anyone recently had any experience with selling their car directly to Zucar or any other places, What was roughly the difference you got paid compared to the price on carzone etc.

    Will be buying a house soon with the mrs and will only need the one car so looking for a hassle free sale.

    I actually got on offer from them this morning which wasn't too bad - still about 8/10K off carzone prices but 7k better than what autobuy were offering

    That would make more sense alright :) Also got a price from a dealer yesterday

    Zucar= 82% of Carzone price

    Autobuy = 67% of Carzone price

    Dealer = 84% of Carzone price (against another car)

    Depends where you're based but it might be worth putting it through Merlin auction yourself.

    What year, make and model is the car?

    Interesting about the price percentages thanks will definitely try them first! It's a 161 vw scirocco r line.

    I sold a Leon to WeBuyCars over the summer.

    2017 FR with reasonable mileage.

    Were asking 17000ish on donedeal, bit more in Seat dealers.

    They gave me 14500

    ZuCar offered 13700
