Heating Controls Upgrade Advice

We recently bought a house and looking for advice on upgrading the heating controls. The house was built in 2006 is currently heated using a Firebird 150 boiler. There is also a Stanley Erin boiler stove in the kitchen.
As is stands there is an analogue timer and 4 manuals switches for each zone (downstairs, upstairs, hot water and underfloor). Most of the downstairs radiators have basic TRV. Upstairs radiators are all manual radiator taps.
The underfloor heating is only in the kitchen and in the conservatory. The kitchen and conservatory both have their own Danfoss TP4 thermostats/timers in each room.
The timer (shown below in first photo) has stopped working so needs to be replaced. I was thinking up upgrading the timer and switches to something smarter so that the underfloor can be turned on earlier than the other zones as it takes longer to heat up the kitvchen rooms.
I was looking at the EPH 4 Zone RF Programmer (R47-RF). It looks like it would directly replace the timer and 4 switches. I could then add the GW01 Gateway to add remote access. Costs looking at about €360 in total. Looking for peoples advice and opinions on this? Would there be any benefit in going for the SEAI grant for this?
