Topping up BOI Mortgage for home improvements

    Hi

    Im a long term BOI Customer, I have a small mortgage of 63K on my own. Currently have about 57K left and about 25 years remaining. Is it possible to get my mortgage topped up or an equity release in order to make home improvements? And what are the limits etc?
