Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone know whether it's acceptable to flirt? I've been volunteering in a place so not really working but it seems so pretty laid back.

We're supposed to go out for drinks on New Years and a small get together in the UK next month.

I've heard work is a good place to socialize and meet potential dates but a few of my friends say it's not wise given the cultural climate of today.

    It is a bad idea.

If it goes wrong it is a way to get harrassement allegations brought against you. Possibly even coming years later after some other disagreement occurs.
