M2 bullet not working

I have a M2 Bullet connected to the base of an omni where two clients are connected to. A few days ago l lost connection and have since ran another cable, changed the psu and even unscrewed it and factory reset it today. I have a M2 Bullet connected to the base of an omni where two clients are connected to.
A few days ago l lost connection and have since ran another cable, changed the psu and even unscrewed it and factory reset it today.
I was able to see it on the browser and all seemed okay it might have been okay before the reset
Went back up on the ladder reconnected it and it's not visible on a network scan l have a loco2 hardwired into its lan port at the poe and a scan there only shows the nano and my phone.
Any ideas ....strange it was working at the PC and its a different cable and POE now
