At last I was able to prove ex partner was weaponizing safety order, Now she has one. Now what???

Ok very long story short, my ex was bribing me for extra money for a few years. She would threaten that she would call the guards and give some bullshit excuse to have me arrested and the guards hands where tied..... and I couldnt prove this. The guards would just arrest me without evidence.

Anyway yesterday she messed up, she tried again but this time put in a text message. So I went straight to Garda station and they told me to go in and get a safety order against her. I was awarded a protection order for 6 months until court date. Judge agreed she was being nasty and also read another thread where she was actually abusing me.

So now we both have orders against each other. What does this mean for me if she calls guards again with lies or bullshit story. Guards says im protected... but what does that mean.

Because unfortunately due to the Renting Crisis in this country I had to move back to the family home for a few weeks till I find somewhere new. We both own the house never married... we will sell in New Year.

Im not exactly sure what your trying to get at here. Unfortunatly some exes still have to talk after a split especially if there is a child involved.
