    Hi , if unable to attend an inquest

    Can you request a transcript of proceedings

    Inquest involves an immediate family member thanks

    I don't think they routinely prepare transcripts of proceedings in the Coronor's court. I think you would need to organise this in advance, and pay for it. It would not be cheap. Alternatively you can have somebody turn up and make notes for you of what is said.

    You can get copies of the reports and written depositions handed in to the inquest (including the medical post mortem report) and a copy of the coronor's verdict.
