Hi, I hope someone can help - apologies if the query is in the wrong area @mods
Three tickets to Westlife tomorrow at the 3 arena. One person has just tested positive for Covid (antigen) I have missed event insurance which covers covid according to the policy document. Do I have to claim for 3 tickets? Or can I claim for the ticket that will be unused? Allianz missed ticket insurance does not have a chat bot or anything to ask at this time - only 8am to 5pm. Thanks in advance.
