Re-join waiting list confirmation email enough for renewing permit?

    Hi all,

I had to rejoin the waiting list as I couldn't make it to the last invite dates as I was out of the country for a long time. My permit will be expired in early January. I made an appointment tomorrow at a center to renew(no PSC). I was wondering if the re-join queue for test invite email is enough as proof?

I know on the NDLS site it does say - "If applying for a third or subsequent learner permit, you must have taken and failed a driving test in the previous two years or have made an application for a driving test."

I just not sure if waiting list is enough to satisfy as an application for driving test?
