Triton shower commission

I think I have ruined a triton shower by not commissioning it correctly. Pipes were frozen and I didn’t know it. It’s now got full flow but zero heat. Would I have damaged the heating element or something else?

Most likely the TCO has blown if you have full pressure.

Triton 01 628 6845 will replace it free of charge if the shower is under 2 years old. Ring first thing in the morning and they should get to you before the Christmas holidays. I wouldn't mention commissioning or water running dry

Is there a commissioning link or something that must also be taken out somewhere for the pump (if fitted) or the heating elements??.

Yes there is a screw on that dial control so it’s foolproof. But I think I was a split second fool. I just couldn’t understand how water wasn’t going through it. I know now it was frozen. Thanks for your help John
