FPS very low all of a sudden

I have a gaming PC I bought and it has been brilliant. But all of a sudden my fps is terrible, I used run at 180 fine but it barely works at 60fps now. I have update geoforce drivers to the latest but still no improvement. Can anyone help me out as I'm clueless. Thanks

Check all concurrent processes with Windows Task Manager, it’s possible there’s background stuff compromising performance. Try closing some of these, see how the graphics perform.
