    Love these products but my last 2 orders haven’t been delivered, 2 weeks later. Customer service is poor, can only seem to tell me orders haven’t been dispatched. Anybody else find this?

    Well I ordered from them yesterday and it's been dispatched for delivery. I also ordered from them around black friday and delivery was prompt.
