Online map with ability to extract data

    Hi,

    Very strong chance this is the wrong forum, I searched all categories I decided best bet to post here.

    I'm wondering is it possible I could plot all the points I want on a map (say pubs in ireland, using eircodes) and then have something spit out specific points I want to access such as closest 5 pubs to Pub A, or all the pub in a 5km radius of Pub B that kind of thing.


    I'd assume something like this does exist but it seems a hard to google for, any help very much appreciated
