    Hi my neighbour needs to replace a roof tile on his roof, but the tile is under the Pv panel, are they easily moved or does he need the contractor to lift them ??

    Sorry now, but this is an "it all depends" answer.

    Depends on whether the tile and the one above it is accessible without removing the panels or the vertical mounting rails or whether the brackets are blocking the tiles. The last thing you want to do is scrape the underside of the panel where the electrical traces run. A good roofer would be best off advising.
