Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

is it worth the leap ?

i don't use it specifically but might do in the new year ( usual must get fit etc )

i like that it has an always on screen etc

    is it worth buying ?

    It's called an Apple Watch.

If you have one and don't use it, getting the latest is not going to change your opinion. The 4 works perfectly well as it is. The 8 is not worth the price bump over the 7 and is much better value if you can get one.

I've a Series 4. Haven't seen anything in any of the later models that makes me want to upgrade. Which is unusual for me in general.

If you don't see the utility in the 4 for notifications, activity tracking, complications, etc, having an always-on screen will hardly make any difference.
