    Hi all,

Any advice in sealing the top if the wall cavity in my attic.

Has bead wall insulation done recently and one comment was that my walls were not sealed on the top.

Why are you thinking of doing this, what are you trying to solve?

In any case, it's next nigh on impossible to do this.

Yes, sounds like it was a comment in passing rather than an objective to remediate.

To what extent did the pumped insulation fill the cavity at the rafters? Any photos showing the two leafs and the insulation beads from on-top?

Filling the cavity with beads had the same impact as sealing the cavity at the top really.

Lack of a cavity closer would have meant that your cavity was freezing and almost pointless from a thermal point of view (it would still keep rain off the internal lead)

The real issue is that the inner leaf is now the same temp as the outer leaf, which is going to cause condensation problems.

YOu should be all good now that the beads are in, assuming they were done properly! :)

I always wondered whether my beads were done properly. I am paranoid that there are large gaps between them. I presume only a thermo imaging camera will figure that out?

What are they doing in the Hyacinth House?

If you have a closed cavity then pretty much yes; thermal camera is the only realistic method as a cavity inspection camera won't find the voids. That's why I was so interested in the OP's result given that he has access to the top-plate.
