My internet provider is Rural WiFi and I have a 4G router.

It had been working great until a couple of months ago but then began having problems.

Despite their tech support it just ended up being unusable but I now have internet provider.

I’m just wondering can Rural WiFi and other providers see a history of when a customer used the internet, lost access, had the router turned off, etc. ?

I was going to call them about the bill as I had the router off for several weeks. I would like to know if they can confirm this as I cannot see a way I can prove it myself.
