Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

Anyone able to give me an idea of what sort of price I can expect to pay for a provisional BER for a new self build house? Just about to look for some quotes so want to get a ballpark beforehand

    Thanks

Depends on what level of detail you require. Basic DEAP Part L report for commencement notice you may get for €250. However if you also want a separate Part L report/specification, (which is really what you need for a self build) then expect to pay up to €400.
