Got a Note 4 which is running on MIUI Global 11.0.2 How do I enable Premium SMS access - the instructions on Google don't seem to align with the OS I've got here and I can find the correct place. Looking to get my PAC sent to me and been given a short number to send a standard message to, but it won't send as premium SMS…

Have you tried using a different SMS app to see if that will work?
