What kind of a base is it? If its a concrete slab then no problem, if its blocks, likewise. Timber no. If the bottom of the shed is that badly deteriorated the internal timber and base will not be worth repairing, and it would be more satisfactory, easier and cheaper (in the long run) to just get a new shed.

I don't know anything about Argos sheds, they look like standard lightweight construction. There is not much overlap on the boards and the internal structure is the usual 'barely enough'. The OSB is ok for the roof if it has torchon felt but not great for the floor. They don't say its torchon so I guess it is just ordinary felt which will not last long. You have to treat it every year to maintain the 10 year guarantee, how do you convince them that it has been done every year? While you may choose to recoat every year, you should not have to if its properly treated timber.

On balance I wouldn't bother. Have a look around for a local firm making their own and get something more substantial.

A pvc coated steel roof is worth the extra expense too.
