Gas Boiler Only Fires One Zone

    Hoping someone can help before i spend hundreds on a plumber

    I have a newish boiler (5 years old) it was serviced in 18months ago.

    This week the heating wasn't coming on upstairs but downstairs and the hot water heat fine.

    I checked the boiler after i turned on each zone and noticed when i turn on the heating upstairs (zone 2) it doesn't fire.

    Any ideas what may be causing that?

    Maybe a fault with upstairs zone valve . Try putting it on manual.
