Anyone know any support groups

My husband of 24 years walked out 3 weeks ago. I had no idea it was on the cards. There is no one else involved, of that I am sure.

I am heartbroken. I can't eat or sleep. Our children are all adults now so access etc is not an issue.

I am looking for a support group. preferably in person but online would do too. I feel like I am going mad and want to speak with others who have gone through this.

Even FB doesn't have a group based in Ireland. Does anyone have any suggestions before I go out of my mind.
