Can't help you with glass suppliers but I'd say that you'd have to fit a stainless steel or similar handrail with spindles spaced at say one meter with lugs to fix panels of special toughened safety glass on to them. Glass has to be cut, polished and drilled to suit. You may have to deal with two different suppliers in this instance - one to supply & fit handrail and another to supply glass.
