Best way to get Bluetooth on TV

So I have this 2010 Panasonic TV ( tx-p50g20b). I am looking to use bluetooth headphones with it. It does have USB but not sure if a bluetooth USB dongle will work. I see you can also plug in a bluetooth transmitter that connects to the audio out. Does not have to be high end as only use for TV. Has anyone got first hand…
