    Hi All,

We went sale agreed on a property.

However, during the engineers inspection the now sewer connection is not regulated. The mains is connected through the two houses below to meet the housing estate mains sewer below. Oringally the house was a septic tank no planning change was given for the now installed sewer.

I have put the application into irish water for a quotation but have hit a stumbling block on getting the quotation back. The Local authority have done their bit, its with irish water now and the call centre is not anyway helpful other useful.

Contracts are inament from the seller side. However without irish water quotation I am looking into a black hole on costs.

Has anyone had this issue? And how did you get over this with Irish Water and getting the quotation back, due to its urgency?
