New C2 - strange image or colour retention

I’m getting a kind of image retention at times on a brand new C2 - reminds me of a plasma I had 20 years ago, should this be expected? I've raised a case with LG but in waiting for a response (that isn't turn it off and run pixel refresh half a dozen times), I'm approaching the 14 days where I can get it exchanged/refunded…

I've raised a case with LG but in waiting for a response (that isn't turn it off and run pixel refresh half a dozen times), I'm approaching the 14 days where I can get it exchanged/refunded without quibble. Grateful for any advice:

Seems to happen when Dolby Vision is active - easy to notice in the Disney app via the TV and also HDMI (Smart Sat TV box) as per the video.
Anyone else seeing the same thing?
