Apartments beside Dunboyne Tennis Club

Does anyone know anything at all about the apartments being built beside the tennis club in Clonee Village? There are no ads anywhere, no mention of impact on the village, are they available to buy, are they rent only?? The only thing I've seen mentioned is that a playground is being built as part of the development. TIA
