    Used water based primer on ceiling for ensuite!

    Any help on how to best repair it?

    Noticed bubbles this evening, sure I need to paint something to protect it I'm thinking? Any suggestions?

    What was on there before the water based primer? I was assuming you painted over an oil based paint.
