Pausing/Rewinding “Added Channels” on Sky Q

Anyone notice the slight glitch on Sky Q.. the ability to pause and rewind channels in the “added channels” section? Anything else doesn’t work as far as I’ve tried.

Its a tiny advantage but the ability to pause films and programs is nice.

I’ve been trying to get it to record but no luck as of yet unfortunately.

It's never been possible to pause/rewind/record any channel stored in "Other Channels" on any Sky box. Only channels on the EPG have that feature

When you have selected the other channel .. press the … button on the remote and select weather or news or sport app and then back out of them.

at that stage I am able to pause and rewind the added channels.

Unsure which button on the remote to press you're referring to.

Three dots button to right of home button on Sky Q remote. Not on the Sky+ HD remote I think.

Seemed to work intermittently for me. Only kicked in after a few attempts but handy to know. Thanks OP!
