    Hi there,

I am in Dublin 7, plan to get a driveway which required dishing by Dublin City Council. Looked into DCC website, I need planning permission approved first.

I got quote from Planning Consultant:

    • Survey of existing front boundaries, planning stage drawings, and for site layout preparation - €1800
    • Planning application fee to Council : €34.00 proposed, €102 for retention
    • Notice in newspaper approx. €200.00?
    • Ordnance Survey planning pack Maps €60.00
    • Charges for vehicular dishing approx. €600.00?
    • Any other unforeseen.

If I hope get the planning permission and vehicular dishing done by City Council will cost around €2800, is it a reasonable price?

    Thanks in advance.
