[HIKING] Does anyone recognise this river valley (painting)?

    I think this is in Ireland but I am unsure. It's sentimental so would love to know in case anyone recognises it?

    My first impression is that this is the Gap of Dunloe and looking towards the Black Valley.

    I'm not allowed to post links apparently - long-time reader, no time poster! But looking at google street view and “travelling” the road should yield the same perspective as your painting at around co-ordinates 52.0154892,-9.635332
